FYZICAL Covid Safety Measures

  • All patients and clinicians screened for symptoms and contact tracing as appropriate.
  • Surgical masks are provided to all patients upon entering the clinic if needed.
  • All therapists are using KN95 masks.
  • We social distance as able and work to accommodate our patients needs on a case by case basis.
  • Patients can request a private room or schedule during slower hours.
  • Telehealth or Physical Therapy in the home are also offered for those unable to come in to our spaces.

Tips From the CDC

  • Washing hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
  • Avoiding touching the eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
  • Avoiding close contact with people who are sick.
  • Cover your mouth and nose with a cloth face cover when around others.
  • Cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched objects and surfaces.
